SmolToes Terms

Last updated 18 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the SmolToes app and its web pages. By using SmolToes you agree to them.

Not veterinary advice

SmolToes is a care tracker, not a medical product. Vaccine, deworming, flea and tick schedules and other care suggestions are common defaults; confirm them with your vet. Always follow your vet's advice, and contact a vet straight away if your pet seems unwell. Reminders can be late or missed (for example when your phone is off or limits background apps), so don't rely on SmolToes alone for medicines or anything urgent.

Your account

You can use SmolToes without an account. If you sign in with Google, keep your Google account secure: anyone using it can reach your SmolToes data. You must be 18 or over to use SmolToes.

Your content

Your pets' details, records, photos, documents and recordings are yours. You let us store, copy and show them only to run SmolToes for you and the people you share with. You're responsible for what you add, and for having the right to add it.

Sharing

You choose who joins your household and what role they have. People you invite can see and add to the shared pets' care; sitters can log care until their end date. Remove anyone who should no longer have access.

Fair use

Don't misuse SmolToes: no breaking or overloading the service, getting into others' data, guessing invite codes, or using it for anything unlawful.

Shopping links

"Give a treat" and "Gift a toy" open Amazon. Anything you buy there is between you and Amazon.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop parts of SmolToes. If these terms change, we update the date above and tell you in the app first. You can stop using SmolToes and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

SmolToes is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or harm from using it, including missed or late reminders or data lost before it was backed up. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without taking away protections your local law gives you.
